Sandhan Valley, popularly known as the “Valley of Shadows”, is one of the most unique natural formations in the Sahyadri (Western Ghats) of Maharashtra. Located near Samrad village in the Bhandardara region, this magnificent canyon offers a thrilling blend of trekking, rappelling, and camping experiences.
Formed over thousands of years due to water and wind erosion, the valley features towering rock walls and narrow passages where sunlight barely reaches the ground, creating a dramatic play of light and shadow.
